Cruz’s educational background at Chong Hwa Independent High School, followed by a Business Studies degree at Sunway Lancaster University, laid the groundwork for his future. He initially worked in sales and marketing at Corvan before discovering his true passion in real estate at MIP Properties. He excels as a Senior Real Estate Negotiator at Kith and Kin Realty and is the proud founder of the Trust Team.
In 2023, Cruz’s journey took a new direction as he assumed the roles of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at QG Realty and Director of the QG Damansara Branch. Awards have flowed his way, including the Top 3 Innovative Award (2018), Top 3 Highest Sales Award, and Top 3 Highest Transaction Award (2019). In 2022, he secured the Top 5 Team Leader Award, showcasing his leadership.
He has also contributed to the industry as a content writer for I-Property & featured in Britishpedia Successful People in Malaysia 2023 (5th edition).
